I have wanted to study overseas since grade SA unemployment has inspired me to gain skills in America so i can give back to my community. I am driven I kept playing clarinet after dropping music at school. I love meeting new people and learning languages and cultures to connect with people

I want to become a software engineer and lead a team. I’d like to use what I have learnt in America to build and create real opportunities for people in South Africa. Most importantly I want to support my family after everything they’ve sacrificed for me and give back to the community that raised me

South Africa is where I grew up and what shaped me into the person i am today. The people here are genuinely friendly and always look out for each other, even when things are tough. That sense of community and resilience has stuck with me. What I love the most is the diverse roots
