I understand that if my Child receives a Gold Scholarship I must have the minimum budget available with no maximums. The minimum budget required to receive opportunities to study abroad, for tuition, room and board must be between 100,000 to 200,000 ZAR*

I understand that upon entering the USA students must have purchased health insurance (ISAM 360 will assist with this process prior to arrival). Most universities have medical facilities on campus.

Where will my child live and what kind of routine will they have?*

I understand

99.9% of our students will live, sleep, and spend their hours and all college activities within the university grounds. To give you an example, smaller universities house approximately 3000 students. Bigger university campuses up to 30000 students. In most cases students will share a dorm/room with a fellow student. Or an apartment with multiple students. All your activities take place on campus with students your own age and with similar interests. On weekends, students have the choice to visit a nearby city, or explore tourist attractions. Students are treated as adults and are able to come and go freely. However, students must abide by university rules and protocols.

Why the deadlines with this application process?*

I understand

ISAM 360 works with over 200 schools across RSA. The webinar/ presentation you attended is on a weekly basis so we have to find our qualifying students and move on to the next ones asap. A student who is unsure does not need to apply - that’s fine. But, we cannot guarantee their placement later on either. Our gold awards often go to the most committed students, the ones who know this is the path they want to follow.
